The Activities of Joseph S. Bruno Auburn Abroad in Italy
The students take part in a semester abroad, during which they take courses in various subjects such
as Conversational Italian, European History, Italian Culture and Society, as well as Fashion, Cinema
and Cuisine.

The aim of the program is to offer the students a unique experience and total immersion in Italian
and European culture, providing a cultural exchange and an "internationalizing" of the host city.
The program includes several direct and hands-on experiences associated with the subjects studied in
class, and thus includes numerous field trips to various locations in Italy, including a special one
week course in Milan concentrating on Fashion, Interior and Industrial Design and Architecture.
